
Our Fees & Funding
Full payment of the practice fee is expected at the end of each consultation, after which you will then receive your Medicare rebate.Fee schedule as of 1st of July 2024
Medicare Consults:
In order to be eligible for Medicare consults, a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) and referral from a general practitioner are required. Please be advised that a gap payment is still payable for all medicare consults.
Private Consults:
Private consults do not require a referral letter and can be claimed on your private health insurance after the appointment. For the amount of your rebate please consult your private health care provider.
NDIS Consults:
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants who are Self-Managed or Plan-Managed, We will to provide a copy your current NDIS Plan and Plan Manager's Details.
Thursday Evening appointments
As of 1 July 2024, appointments on Thursday evenings (From 6.00 pm) will incur an additional charge of $15 on top of the normal consult fee.
These changes are to help cover the costs of remaining open on Thursday evening so we can continue to provide our patients with afterhours appointments.Thank you for your understanding and support.

NDIS
Futures Wellness Clinic provide services to plan and self-managed National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants. Our pricing is consistent with the NDIS price guide.
Medicare
Medicare rebates are available for certain services under either a Mental Health Care plan or a Chronic Disease Management Plan (formerly known as an Enhanced Primary Health Care Plan). Plans can be issued by a GP and you will need to have a plan in place prior to commencing services in order to claim Medicare rebate. Please note you cannot claim both Medicare and private health benefits simultaneously.
Private Health
Some private health funds offer rebates for a variety of the services we provide. Please discuss this with your individual private health funds as rebates can vary depending on your level of cover.
